Research and Creativity Week
April 23 - April 29, 2025, we will celebrate all aspects of scholarly research and creative activity at New Mexico State University.
Research and Creativity Week (RCW) 2025 celebrates the research and creativity at NMSU with a week full of talks, performances, and exhibits. All events are free and in-person on the NMSU Las Cruces campus. This year’s theme, Ascent to R1, highlights what it will mean for NMSU to thrive as an R1 institution. NMSU achieved this prestigious Carnegie research classification in 2025.
RCW 2025 will feature keynote speakers, concerts, refreshments, lunches, art exhibitions, the Graduate Research and Arts Symposium (GRAS), and the Undergraduate Research and Arts Symposium (URCAS). Celebrate and support student award winners at the Postdoc, GRAS, and URCAS Awards Ceremony on Monday, April 28, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. at Pete’s Patio in the Corbett Center Student Union.
