Orbitrap Fusion Tribrid High Resolution MS
The Orbitrap Fusion is a high-resolution mass spectrometer (r.p. up to 500K @ m/z 200) which can be coupled with nano (Thermo Ultimate 3000) and micro flow (Waters M-Class) liquid chromatography systems. Nano-flow is optimal for proteomic studies, while micro-flow is well suited for metabolomic, environmental, natural products, produced water (Delanka-Pedige et al. J. Haz. Mat., 2023), and many other studies. The high mass resolution and accuracy (< 3 ppm) allows for effective non-targeted analysis of complex samples, providing a more comprehensive view of the overall sample composition.
