The Office of the Vice President for Research, Creativity and Economic Development (RCED) lists useful training videos and documents for our team who may be working from home or a hybrid schedule. You may find these useful and wish to also point out additional resources to ovpr@nmsu.edu.

OVPR staff that need technical support, please contact ICT Technology Support Center using the online work order form or call (575) 646-4209. Please identify the department as "RESEARCH - VP 052" and "I do not have a Technology Support Contract".
Setting Up a New Desktop or Laptop
Install Cisco VPN [ Windows | Macintosh ]
Install Office 365: Go to my.nmsu.edu, click on Office 365 (Apps) to reveal the App launcher (needed below), and click on Install Office Apps (top right). To activate the Office 365 license, you may need to be on the NMSU VPN.
Sync files with [ OneDrive Windows | Macintosh | SharePoint Windows | Macintosh ]
Install Zoom: Download and use single sign-on (SSO)
