NMSU Microscopic Imaging Core Facility – Sign Up Protocol July 1, 2021
To become a user of the MICS facility, please send an email request to Dr. Samyi Belteton
You will receive an invitation to the MICS schedule through LabArchives Scheduler:
- Do NOT use SSO/single sign on
- LabArchives scheduler is compatible with mobile devices.
1) Required fields:
- Institution/Company
- User name
- Faculty/PI name
- Index number
2) Billing will begin at the scheduled start time.
3) Reservations can be modified/deleted up to 12 hours prior to start time. If you do not delete/release your reservation prior to 12 hours in advance of the scheduled start time and you do not show up for your reservation, you will be billed for 50% of the scheduled usage.
4) The minimum reservation duration is 1 hour.
5) New reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to start time.
